Damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery and loss within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
What to provide
Tracking number, photos of packaging and contents, proof of value (invoice or receipt), and a description of the issue. Keep all packaging until the claim is resolved.
Compensation
Compensation is limited to the lower of the proven value or the applicable liability limit, unless optional insurance was purchased, in which case coverage extends up to the declared value.
